不同影响因素下含粗骨料延性混凝土拉伸力学特性研究

摘　　要：为研究含粗骨料水工延性混凝土材料的拉伸性能,设计了不同影响因素下的12组试件进行单轴拉伸试验,讨论单轴受拉试验全过程规律及试件破坏形态,分析不同影响因素下的含粗骨料延性混凝土的单轴受拉应力-应变曲线以及拉伸性能参数。结果表明:当粗骨料含量为10%、30%时,混凝土呈现应变软化特征,当粗骨料含量为20%,不同水胶比下混凝土呈现低应变硬化特性,当水胶比为0.34、增韧剂掺量为3.0%时,混凝土呈现高应变硬化特征;掺增韧剂后混凝土的弹性峰值应力均降低约30%,但混凝土极限拉应变随增韧剂掺量的增加表现为先提高后降低的趋势,增韧剂掺量为3.0%时,极限拉应变达到了0.677%。研究结论可为含粗骨料水工延性混凝土材料在大坝面板工程应用提供数据参考。In order to study the tensile properties of hydraulic ductile concrete materials containing coarse aggregates,12 sets of specimens are designed for uniaxial tensile testing under different influencing factors.The entire process of uniaxial tensile testing and the failure mode of the specimen are discussed.The uniaxial tensile stress-strain curve and tensile performance parameters of ductile concrete containing coarse aggregate under different influencing factors are analyzed.The results show that the concrete exhibits strain softening characteristics when the coarse aggregate content is 10%and 30%.When the coarse aggregate content is 20%,the concrete exhibits low strain hardening characteristics under different water cement ratios.When the water cement ratio is 0.34 and the toughening agent dosage is 3.0%,the concrete exhibits high strain hardening characteristics.After adding flexibilizers,the elastic peak tensile strength of concrete decreased by about 30%.But the ultimate elongation of concrete shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of flexibilizer dosage.When the flexibilizer content is 3.0%,the ultimate elongation reaches 0.677%.The results provide data reference for the application of hydraulic ductile concrete materials containing coarse aggregates in dam panel engineering.
