摘 要:大型面板堆石坝电站具有引水系统流量大、引水道较长等特点。为解决梨园水电站无法布置坝后引水发电系统的问题,基于理论计算结合软件模拟技术,对引水系统及厂房布置结构进行优化,结果表明:在左岸坝前、坝后分别布置进水口和地面发电厂房,按照单机单管型式布置4条引水隧洞和钢管道,采取机组斜向进水、增加引水道断面尺寸、缩小相邻洞室间距等方法措施,降低引水道水流惯性时间常数,通过缩短引水道长度和增加过流断面尺寸来满足引水系统调保要求,取消设置调压井,水轮机过渡过程稳定分析表明:实际甩满负荷结果均未超出调节保证设计值,确保了电站的安全稳定运行。The large-scale concrete face rockfill dam power station has the characteristics of large flow of water diversion system and long diversion channel.To solve the problem that the water diversion power generation system cannot be arranged behind the dam,based on theoretical calculation and software simulation technology,an optimized water diversion system and powerhouse layout are proposed.Taking Liyuan Hydropower Station as an example,the results show that the water inlet and ground powerhouse are arranged in front of the left bank dam and behind the dam respectively,and four water diversion tunnels and penstocks are arranged according to the single-unit single-penstock type.The inertia time constant of the water flow in the water diversion channel is reduced by taking measures such as oblique water intake of the unit,increasing the cross-sectional size of the water diversion channel,and reducing the distance between adjacent caverns.The water diversion system regulation requirements are met by shortening the length of the water diversion channel and increasing the cross-sectional size of the flow,and cancelling the surge shaft.The stability analysis of the turbine transition process shows that the actual full load rejection results do not exceed the regulation guarantee design value,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power station.
