中医耳穴贴压联合经颅磁刺激治疗儿童语言发育障碍的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨联用中医耳穴贴压和经颅磁刺激治疗儿童语言发育障碍的临床疗效。方法:本研究纳入2020年6月至2023年12月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的68例儿童语言发育障碍患儿,依据治疗方法将其分为参照组、研究组,每组各34例患儿。对参照组患儿进行经颅磁刺激治疗。对研究组患儿进行中医耳穴贴压联合经颅磁刺激治疗。对比两组患儿治疗效果、语言功能及血流动力学指标。结果:研究组患儿治疗的总有效率高于参照组患儿(P<0.05)。研究组患儿修订学前儿童语言障碍评量表(R-SALDPC)中语言表达能力、构音障碍、语言接受能力的评分、舒张期末峰流速(Vd)、收缩期峰流速(Vs)高于参照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:联用中医耳穴贴压和经颅磁刺激治疗儿童语言发育障碍,可有效改善患儿血流动力学指标,提高其语言功能,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of combining auricular point sticking therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of children with language development disorder.Methods:68 children with language development disorder admitted to the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from June 2020 to December 2023 were included,and divided into a reference group and a research group according to treatment methods,with 34 children in each group.The reference group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation while the research group were treated with auricular point sticking therapy combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation.The therapeutic effect,language function and hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of language expression ability,dysarthria,receptive language ability,end-diastolic peak flow velocity(Vd)and systolic peak flow velocity(Vs)in the revised R-SALDPC in the research group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of auricular point sticking therapy of TCM and transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve the hemodynamic indicators and language function of children with language development disorders.The treatment effect is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
