摘 要:目的:探讨以人文关怀为导向的协同性护理干预应用于川崎病患儿康复中的效果。方法:本研究纳入2021年10月至2022年12月收治的96例川崎病患儿,将其随机分为对照组(48例)与试验组(48例)。为对照组患儿实施常规护理干预。为试验组患儿实施以人文关怀为导向的协同性护理干预。比较两组患儿康复效果。结果:试验组患儿各项临床症状消退时间、住院时长短于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。试验组患儿儿童生存质量测定量表PedsQL 4.0中文版的评分高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。试验组患儿焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。试验组患儿并发症的总发生率低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:以人文关怀为导向的协同性护理干预应用于川崎病患儿的康复中,可有效改善其康复效果,减少其并发症的发生,提升其生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing intervention guided by humanistic care in the rehabilitation of children with Kawasaki disease.Methods:96 children with Kawasaki disease admitted from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(48 cases)and an experimental group(48 cases).The control group was given a routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given a collaborative nursing intervention guided by humanistic care.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The results showed that the disappearance time of various clinical symptoms and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory PedsQL4.0(Chinese version)_was higher in experimental group than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of the selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of collaborative nursing interventions guided by humanistic care in the rehabilitation of children with Kawasaki disease can effectively improve their rehabilitation outcomes,reduce the occurrence of complications,and enhance their quality of life.
