全自动碘分析仪测定水碘与尿碘的试验研究

摘　　要：为了建立测定水碘和尿碘的全自动碘分析仪的仪器检测方法,并验证该方法可替代手工法进行水碘和尿碘的检测,采用砷铈催化分光光度法(简称手工法)和全自动碘分析仪测定法(简称仪器法)测定水碘和尿碘的标准液梯度曲线、冻干人尿中碘成分分析标准物质以及实际样品的碘含量,从标准曲线线性相关系数r、冻干人尿中碘成分分析标准物质、实际样品检测结果,实验条件等多个方面进行比对分析。结果表明:手工法和仪器法所测水碘和尿碘的线性相关系数r均大于0.9990,所测冻干人尿中碘成分分析标准物质中碘离子的质量浓度与标准值一致,所测实际样品中碘的质量浓度结果经过t检验,p值大于0.05,不存在显著性差异,全自动碘分析仪所测数据更准确可靠。To establish an instrumental method of automatic iodine analyzer for the determination of water iodine and urinary iodine and verify that this method can replace manual method for the determination of water iodine and urinary iodine,arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry(manual method)and automatic iodine analyzer(instrument method)were used to determine the standard liquid gradient curve of water iodine and urinary iodine,the iodine content in the standard material for analysis of iodine in freeze-dried human urine and actual samples,and the detection results and experimental conditions of the linear correlation coefficient r of the standard curve,the standard material for analysis of iodine in freeze-dried human urine,the actual samples were compared and analyzed.The results show that the linear correlation coefficient r of water iodine and urinary iodine measured by manual method and instrument method are greater than 0.9990.The iodine mass concentrations of the standard material for analysis of iodine in freeze-dried human urine are consistent with the nominal values,and the iodine mass concentrations of the actual samples are tested by t-test,and the p values are greater than 0.05,indicating no significant difference,the results measured by automatic iodine analyzer are more accurate and reliable.
