摘　　要：地铁建设作为城市交通的重要组成部分,随着城市发展和人口增长,其规模和重要性不断扩大,对资产管理提出了更高的要求。在地铁建设中,资产管理是一个关键的环节,它涉及到资产的规划、建设、运营全生命周期阶段的精细化管理,通过建立统一的资产台账,可以对地铁建设中的各类资产进行准确记录和清晰管控,包括资产的位置、状态、变更记录等方面。本文在理论和实践的基础上,介绍城市轨道交通资产过程管理的问题,然后重点阐述资产过程管理的对策。通过分析城市轨道交通资产过程管理存在的问题和对策,解决资产管理数据追溯、信息共享和辅助决策支持等管理需求,提升资产过程管理效率。As an important component of urban transportation,subway construction has continuously expanded in scale and importance with urban development and population growth,posing higher requirements for asset management.In subway construction,asset management is a key link that involves refined management throughout the entire lifecycle of asset planning,construction,and operation.By establishing a unified asset ledger,various assets in subway construction can be accurately recorded and clearly controlled,including the location,status,and change records of assets.On the basis of theory and practice,this article introduces the problems of asset process management in urban rail transit,and then focuses on elaborating the countermeasures for asset process management.By analyzing the problems and countermeasures in asset process management of urban rail transit,we aim to address the management needs of asset management data traceability,information sharing,and auxiliary decision support,and improve the efficiency of asset process management.
