摘 要:鉴定了23份河南省优质谷子品种抗旱性,为河南省谷子种质创新和抗旱谷子品种选育提供依据。基于全自动干旱棚内谷子全生育期水分胁迫以及露地非水分胁迫试验,对谷子的农艺性状进行分析,收获后小区脱粒称重。根据谷子产量抗旱指数和性状的抗旱系数,综合评价谷子品种的抗旱性。结果显示,DI值0.612~1.305,其中抗旱极强(HR,抗旱指数1.305)品种1个,为豫谷47;抗旱强(R,抗旱指数1.000~1.179)的品种有11个,分别是郑22C1-3、安20N-3024、洛谷8号、精善20T-1129、洛优6158、洛谷7号、安22-GW8389、T2016、郑21Z3976、郑22C17、豫谷18号;抗旱中等(MR,抗旱指数0.803~0.884)的品种有6个;抗旱弱(S,抗旱指数0.612~0.787)的品种有5个。The drought resistance of 23 high-quality millet varieties in Henan Province waSidentified,providing a basiSfor the innovation of millet germplasm and the breeding of drought resistant millet varieties in Henan Province.By conducting water stresSand non-water stresStests on foxtail millet throughout itSentire growth period in a fully automated drought greenhouse,agronomic traitSwere analyzed.After harvesting,the foxtail millet waSthreshed and the yield of the plot waSweighed.We calculated the drought resistance coefficient and yield drought resistance index for each trait,and comprehensively evaluated the drought resistance of different millet varieties.ResultSshowed that the DI value ranged from 0.612 to 1.305.Among them,one variety had extremely strong drought resistance(HR,drought resistance index 1.305),which waSYugu 47.A total of 11 varietieShad strong drought resistance(R,drought resistance index 1.000-1.179),which were Zheng 22C1-3,An 20N-3024,Luogu 8,Jingshan 20T-1129,Luoyou 6158,Luogu 7,An 22-GW8389,T2016,Zheng 21Z3976,Zheng 22C17 and Yugu 18.6 varietieShad moderate drought resistance(MR,drought resistance index 0.803-0.884).There are 5 varietieSwith weak drought resistance(S,drought resistance index 0.612-0.787).
