摘 要:改变金属表面微织构特征可以改善材料的浸润、摩擦等表面特性。以7075铝合金为对象,采用超声辅助激光加工对材料表面进行微织构制备。揭示了超声激光复合作用去除材料机理,搭建了超声激光复合加工试验平台,设计了超声激光复合加工材料表面微织构的单因素试验,并通过表面形貌分析仪获得表面微观形貌和表面轮廓曲线等,通过接触角测定仪取得不同参数下加工表面的水接触角。试验结果表明:超声辅助作用对激光加工表面的微观形貌产生了改变,表面加工图像的面积、体积和深度均得到增大。对超声激光改性后的金属表面接触角进行分析,获得了激光参数、超声参数等对加工表面润湿性的影响规律:接触角随着激光功率和超声振动幅值的增大而增加;随激光脉冲频率和激光扫描速度的增加呈现先上升再下降。Changing the micro texture characteristics of metal surfaces can improve surface properties such as wetting and friction.Focusing on the preparation of micro textures on the surface of 7075 aluminum alloy by ultrasonic assisted laser processing,the mechanism of material removal by ultrasonic assisted laser action is revealed,and an ultrasonic assisted laser processing experimental platform is built.A single factor experiment on the micro texture surface of ultrasonic assisted laser processing is designed,and the surface microstructure and surface contour curve are obtained through a surface morphology analyzer.The water contact angle of the processed surface under different parameters is measured through a contact angle tester.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic assisted effect changes the microstructure of the laser processed surface,and the area,volume,and depth of the surface processed image are all increased.The contact angle of metal surface modified by ultrasonic assisted laser processing is analyzed,and the influence of laser and ultrasonic parameters on the wettability of the processed surface is obtained:the contact angle increases with the increase of laser power and ultrasonic vibration amplitude;with the increase of laser pulse frequency and laser scanning speed,it shows an initial increase followed by a decrease.
