摘 要:背散射成像技术是一种利用X射线康普顿散射效应,对有机物敏感的表层成像技术。行业内广泛采用飞点扫描方式成像,但在以较高转速进行成像的情况下,因机械结构加工及电气控制误差等因素,会造成背散图像轮廓不够细腻,边界抖动,对比度差异不够明显的问题。基于自主研发的飞点型背散射成像系统,深度研究了图像质量问题的产生根源,实施了一系列改进对策,包括提高斩波轮飞点结构运动精度、采用积分型探测器改进图像采集模式,目前已实际应用于成像系统进行实验验证,空间分辨力可清晰分辨直径9 mm聚乙烯线对,穿透6 mm厚度钢板后聚乙烯测试卡轮廓清晰可见,成功提升了扫描图像质量,验证了解决方案的有效性,为提升行业内背散射安检系统的图像质量提供了切实可行的改进思路。Backscatter imaging technology is a surface imaging technique that utilizes the Compton scattering effect of X-rays and is sensitive to organic matter.Flying point scanning is widely used in the industry for imaging,but in the case of imaging at high speeds,factors such as mechanical structure processing and electrical control errors can cause the back scatter image contour to be not delicate enough,the boundary to shake,and the contrast difference to be not significant enough.Based on a self-developed flying point type backscatter imaging system,it is deeply studied that the root causes of image quality problems and implements a series of improvement measures,including improving the motion accuracy of the chopper wheel flying point structure and using an integral detector to improve the image acquisition mode.At present,it is applied to imaging systems for experimental verification.The spatial resolution can clearly distinguish polyethylene wire pairs with a diameter of 9 mm.After penetrating a 6 mm thick steel plate,the outline of the polyethylene test card is clearly visible,successfully improving the quality of scanned images and verifying the effectiveness of the solution.This provides a practical and feasible improvement idea for improving the image quality of backscatter security inspection systems in the industry.
