摘　　要：目的探讨老年食管癌患者术后吻合口瘘期间营养管理的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2023年6月—2024年6月在西安交通大学第一附属医院治疗的110例老年食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者的临床资料,按不同干预方式分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用营养管理,比较2组术后恢复指标值、干预前后营养指标值、生活质量的变化情况。结果干预后,观察组吻合口瘘愈合时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血TP、ALB、TF、PAB水平、SF-36量表各维度评分较同组干预前升高,且观察组上述观察值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者采用营养管理,可有效改善患者的营养状态,促进吻合口瘘的愈合及术后恢复,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application effects of nutritional management during postoperative anastomotic fis⁃tula in elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 110 elderly patients with anastomotic fistula after esophageal cancer surgery who were treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Xian Jiaotong University from June 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55)according to different intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nutrition man⁃agement.The changes of postoperative recovery indexes,nutritional indexes and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The anastomotic fistula healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood levels of TP,ALB,TF and PAB and the scores of each dimension of SF⁃36 scale in both groups were higher than those of the same group before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional management can effec⁃tively improve the nutritional status of elderly patients with anastomotic fistula after esophageal cancer surgery,promote the healing of anastomotic fistula,and improve postoperative recovery and the quality of life of patients.
