摘 要:传统金属加工切削液具有处理难度大、环保处理成本高等问题,本文针对上述问题进行分析,采用具有浓缩率高、对液体成分变化适应性高和冷凝水质量高等特点的蒸发技术,选择引射系数可调节的蒸汽热压缩装置、全精密传热管及国际先进气流三通等关键部件和材料,并完善智能化控制系统对其进行水分离处理,降低其COD值,使其达到环保排放标准。经过试验表明,设备稳定性高,蒸馏效果显著,能够有效地解决切削液废液的处理问题,减轻机加工企业的废液环保处理成本。Traditional metal processing cutting fluids have problems such as difficult treatment and high environmental treatment costs.This study adopts an evaporation technology with high concentration rate,high adaptability to changes in liquid composition,and high quality of condensed water.Key components and materials such as steam thermal compression devices with adjustable injection coeffcients,fully precision heat transfer tubes,and internationally advanced airflow tees are selected,and an intelligent control system is improved to perform water separation treatment,reduce its COD value,and meet environmental emission standards.Experiments shows that the equipment has high stability and significant distillation effect,which can effectively solve the problem of treating cutting fluid waste liquid and reduce the environmental treatment costs of waste liquid for machining enterprises.
