摘  要:本文对磨削液的维护进行了深入的研究,磨削液在加工过程中混入大量的固体颗粒物,现有设备的除渣效率低,导致磨削液需要经常更换,增加了企业的生产成本。通过对现有过滤设备的分析研究,可采用新型滤网拦截液中的固体颗粒、通过特定的机械结构达到滤网的重复利用和固体颗粒物的迅速排干、增加机械自动化相关电气和程序达到设备的自动运行。经过实验验证,本文设计的设备能够高效的过滤出磨削液中的杂质,延长磨削液的使用寿命,从而降低企业的生产成本,提高企业的竞争力。This study focuses on the maintenance of grinding fluid.During the processing,a large amount of solid particles mix into the fluid.The existing equipment has low dross removal efficiency,leading to frequent replacement of the grinding fluid,which increases the production cost for enterprises.By analyzing the filtering equipment,a new type of filter screen can be used to intercept solid particles in the liquid,a specific mechanical structure can be used to achieve the reuse of flter screen and the rapid drainage of solid particles,and related electrical and programmed automation can be added to achieve automatic operation of the equipment.experimental verification proves that this equipment can efficiently flter out impurities in the grinding fluid,extend the service life of the grinding fluid,thereby reducing the production costs of enterprises while increasing their competitiveness.
