高校图书馆跨界合作的内涵机理与现实困境分析

摘　　要：随着科技的发展和服务对象需求的升级,高校图书馆迫切需要改革创新,进行跨界合作,提升服务功能和社会价值。在文献综述研究基础上,探讨了高校图书馆跨界合作的内涵和基本机理,分析了我国高校图书馆在单位属性、管理体制机制、合作成本、合作制度等方面存在的现实困境;面向未来,指出需要从政策制度、机构改革、多主体支持、前瞻研究等方面入手,深化高校图书馆跨界合作改革创新,从而改进服务功能,促进图书馆事业发展和服务质量提升。With the development of technology and the upgrading of service needs,university libraries urgently need to reform and innovate,engage in cross-border cooperation,enhance service functions and social value.On the basis of literature review research,this paper explores the connotation and basic mechanism of cross-border cooperation among university libraries,and analyzes the practical difficulties faced by Chinese university libraries in terms of unit attributes,management system mechanisms,cooperation costs,and cooperation systems.Looking towards the future,it is necessary to deepen the reform and innovation of cross-border cooperation among university libraries from the aspects of policy and institutional reform,institutional reform,multi-party support,and forward-looking research,in order to improve service functions,promote the development of the library industry,and enhance service quality.
