摘　　要：文章认为,建设好高校知识产权信息服务中心,选择合理的“中心”建设路径方案,是“中心”建设的重中之重。提出必须建立需求动力、工作运行、队伍培育、科技更新、考核评价五大机制。针对五大机制提出包括需求动力机制的具体策略、工作运行机制的具体策略、队伍培育机制的具体策略、科技更新机制的具体策略和考核评价机制的具体策略。This paper believes that building good intellectual property information service centers in colleges and universities and choosing a reasonable"center"construction pathway plan is the top priority of"center"construction.It is necessary to establish five mechanisms:demand driven,work operation,team cultivation,sci-tech update,and assessment and evaluation.This paper proposes specific construction strategies for the five mechanisms,including demand driven mechanism,work operation mechanism,team cultivation mechanism,sci-tech update mechanism,and assessment and evaluation mechanism.
