摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨人工智能在电商物流仓储管理中的应用优势与挑战,并通过深入分析来提出相应的解决方案。在研究方法上,重点分析了人工智能在提高仓储工作效率、提升客户满意度方面的显著优势,同时深入剖析了伴随而来的数据隐私与安全风险、训练数据的获取难题、高昂的技术成本投入以及监管政策的挑战等问题。研究结果显示,人工智能通过自动化存储和检索系统、智能分拣系统、增强现实导航与定位技术、基于云计算的资源调度与管理平台以及智能安全监控与风险防范系统等创新应用,极大地提高了电商物流仓储管理的效率和质量。然而,同时也面临着数据隐私保护与安全防护、训练数据的有效获取、技术成本的合理控制以及监管政策的适应与应对等一系列挑战。因此,得出结论:人工智能在电商物流仓储管理中展现出广泛的应用前景,但要充分发挥其潜力,还需采取有效措施来应对上述挑战,确保数据安全可靠、降低技术成本、加强监管政策的引导与支持,从而推动电商物流行业的可持续发展。This study aims to explore the advantages and challenges of applying artificial intelligence in e-commerce logistics and warehousing management,and propose corresponding solutions through in-depth analysis.In terms of research methods,the significant advantages of artificial intelligence in improving warehouse work efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction are analyzed in detail.At the same time,the accompanying issues of data privacy and security risks,difficulties in obtaining training data,high technological costs,and challenges in regulatory policies are thoroughly analyzed.The research results show that artificial intelligence has greatly improved the efficiency and quality of e-commerce logistics warehousing management through innovative applications such as automated storage and retrieval systems,intelligent sorting systems,augmented reality navigation and positioning technology,cloud computing based resource scheduling and management platforms,and intelligent security monitoring and risk prevention systems.However,it also faces a series of challenges such as data privacy protection and security protection,effective acquisition of training data,reasonable control of technology costs,and adaptation and response to regulatory policies.Therefore,it can be concluded that artificial intelligence has broad application prospects in e-commerce logistics and warehousing management.However,in order to fully unleash its potential,effective measures need to be taken to address the above challenges,ensure data security and reliability,reduce technical costs,strengthen regulatory policy guidance and support,and promote the sustainable development of the e-commerce logistics industry.
