摘　　要：司来吉兰是一种用于治疗帕金森综合症的药物,其代谢产物与冰毒类似,给公安机关判定嫌疑人是否吸食冰毒或服用司来吉兰带来了困难。通过分析司来吉兰与冰毒结构上的区别,总结司来吉兰及其代谢物的分析检测方法,提出了判断嫌疑人是否服用司来吉兰或吸食冰毒的思维导图,以帮助公安机关和法庭科学毒物分析人员快速、准确判断嫌疑人是否吸食毒品,为相关实践应用提供了重要的参考。Selegiline, a drug used to treat Parkinson's disease, has metabolites similar to methamphetamine, which makes it difficult for the public security organs to determine whether the suspect has smoked methamphetamine or taken selegiline. The structural differences between selegiline and methamphetamine were analyzed, and the analysis and detection methods of selegiline and its metabolites were also summarized. Furthermore, a mind map for judging whether the suspect took selegiline or smoked methamphetamine was proposed, which could help the public security organs and forensic drug analysts quickly and accurately judge whether the suspect took drugs and provide an important reference for relevant practical applications.
