摘　　要：在全球化加速推进的当下,国际教育对于培养具备全球视野与跨文化交流能力的人才至关重要。本研究课题聚焦上海交通大学LEC国际教育,立足全球胜任力这一视角,分别从拓展“在地国际化”的教育合作、构建“留学中国”的交大方案、开展“三位一体”的国际化科研人才以及国际化产教融合下的高层次工程技术人才培养四个方面,深度剖析其探索与实践路径,以此为助力高校国际教育发展与全球化卓越人才培养提供借鉴。In the context of accelerating globalization,international education is of utmost significance for nurturing talents with a global perspective and cross-cultural communication capabilities.This study centers on LEC(Lifelong Education College)International Education of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.From the important perspective of global competence,it conducts an in-depth exploration of its approaches and practical experiences in four aspects:expanding educational collaborations in"local internationalization",designing the Shanghai Jiao Tong University model for"Study in China",nurturing international research talents with diversified training approaches,and cultivating high-level engineering and technical talents under the integration of internationalized industry and education.The findings are intended to provide references for promoting the development of international education in institutions of higher learning and the cultivation of outstanding global talents.
