摘  要:中英合作办学作为高校深度探索和实践“在地国际化”培养模式的主要形式,已成为培养国际化人才的重要途径。从生源情况、培养过程、毕业生质量、学生评价四个层面,即“入口—过程—出口—反馈”,系统分析中英合作办学的人才培养特点与成效具有重要意义。研究发现,中英合作办学在优质教育资源融合、国际化视野拓展、实践能力培养及高水平人才供给等方面具有显著优势。新时期,中英合作办学应继续加强师资队伍建设、优化课程设置、建立现代大学治理体系,以全面实现更高质量的发展。As the main form of in-depth exploration and practice of the"Internationalization at Home"model of talent cultivation,China-UK cooperation in joint education programs has become an important way to cultivate international talents.It is of great significance to systematically analyze the characteristics and effectiveness of talent training in China-UK cooperative education from these four aspects as source of enrollment,training process,graduate quality,and student evaluation,"that is,entrance-process-exit-feedback".This study found that China-UK cooperative education has significant advantages in the integration of high-quality educational resources,expansion of global vision,cultivation of practical abilities and the supply of high-level talents.In the new era,China-UK cooperative education should continue to strengthen the teaching team development,optimize curriculum,and establish a modern university governance system to achieve higher-quality development in an all-round way.
