摘 要:探讨中药内异方对子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)小鼠卵母细胞成熟的影响。选取60只8周龄SPF级昆明雌性小鼠作为研究对象,将其分为EMS组、脂肪组、体内实验组、体外试验组,每组各15只小鼠。造模成功及分组完成后,均采集每组小鼠处于生发泡期(germinal vesicle,GV)阶段的卵母细胞,对它们进行体外成熟培养试验,对比各组生发泡期卵母细胞在体外培养后的成熟率。结果显示,脂肪组卵母细胞成熟率为55.9%、体内试验组为48.3%、体外试验组为19.4%,EMS组为0%,经统计学卡方检验,4组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脂肪组与EMS组、脂肪组与体外试验组、EMS组与体内试验组成熟率相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);脂肪组与体内试验组、体内试验组与体外试验组、EMS组与体外试验组相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,中药内异方对EMS卵母细胞发育成熟具有一定的改善作用。To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine EMS formula on oocyte maturation in mice with endometriosis(EMS).Sixty 8-week-old SPF grade Kunming female mice were selected as the research subjects and divided into EMS group,fat group,in vivo experimental group,and in vitro experimental group,with 15 mice in each group.After successful modeling and grouping,oocytes from each group of mice in the germinal vesicle(GV)stage were collected and subjected to in vitro maturation culture experiments to compare the maturation rate of each group’s GV oocytes after in vitro culture.The results showed that the maturation rate of oocytes in the fat group was 55.9%,the in vivo experimental group was 48.3%,the in vitro experimental group was 19.4%,and the EMS group was 0%.Statistical chi square test showed significant differences among the four groups(P<0.05).The differences in maturity rates between the fat group and EMS group,fat group and in vitro experimental group,and EMS group and in vivo experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the fat group and the in vivo experimental group,the in vivo experimental group and the in vitro experimental group,and the EMS group and the in vitro experimental group.Research has found that traditional Chinese medicine EMS formula has a certain improvement effect on the development and maturation of EMS oocytes.
