臀上、下动脉双穿支皮瓣联合股二头肌肌皮瓣治愈骶尾部及臀部Ⅳ期压疮1例报告

摘　　要：给予2022年2月德驭医疗马鞍山总医院收治的1例骶尾部及臀部Ⅳ期压疮患者行敏感抗生素抗感染、纠正贫血及低蛋白血症、凡士林油纱换药处理创面等对症支持治疗,待生命体征平稳后行清创以及臀上、下动脉双穿支皮瓣与股二头肌肌皮瓣移植封闭创面。移植术后第13天皮瓣成活,间断拆除缝线;术后第15天拆除剩余缝线,患者出院。出院后随访2个月,皮瓣外形良好,愈后皮肤轻度瘢痕增生。A patient with stageⅣpressure ulcers in the sacrococcygeal and gluteal regions admitted to Deyu Medical Ma'anshan General Hospital in February 2022 received symptomatic and supportive treatments including sensitive antibiotics for anti-infection,correction of anemia and hypoproteinemia,and dressing change with Vaseline oil gauzes.Following stabilization of vital signs,the wound was debrided,and the defect was closed using superior and inferior gluteal artery perforator flaps combined with biceps femoris myocutaneous flap.On day 13 after transplantation,the flaps survived,and the sutures were removed intermittently.The remaining sutures were removed on day 15 after operation,and the patient was discharged.At two-month follow-up after the discharge,the flap grew well and the healed skin developed mild scar hyperplasia.
