烧伤再生医疗技术治愈双足背深Ⅱ度烧伤1例报告

摘　　要：给予2020年2月南充市中医医院收治的1例双足背烧伤患者在敏感抗生素抗感染、营养支持、调控血糖、抗休克等对症支持治疗的基础上加用黄连解毒汤口服,并给予局部创面于坏死组织清除、耕耘减张处理后采用烧伤再生医疗技术治疗,治疗第22天,双足背创面基本愈合,患者出院;出院7 d后随访,创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生,运动功能正常。One patient with burns of deep second degree on both dorsal feet was admitted to Nanchong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in February 2020.The patient was given oral administration of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and necrotic tissues at the wound site were debrided and treated with tension-reducing procedures before adopting the MEBT/MEBO,on the basis of symptomatic and supportive treatments including sensitive antibiotics for anti-infection,nutritional support,blood glucose regulation,and anti-shock measures.On day 22 of treatment,the wounds were basically healed on both dorsal feet and the patient was discharged from hospital.During the follow-up 7 days after discharge,the wounds were completely healed,without significant hypertrophic scars formed on the healed skin,and the motor function was normal.
