《魏书》东木根山地望考辨

摘　　要：东木根山之地适宜建都,其远离平城和盛乐,在张家口市以西,近察哈尔右翼后旗境内的韩勿拉河,又近黄旗海的一座平顶大山。契合以上条件的大山就是今察哈尔右翼前旗境内的磨子山。其建都地方应该在磨子山河下游地区,近集宁路遗址所在地巴彦塔拉乡境内的土城村。在东木根山地方建都,是平文帝郁律“平南夏”向东开拓发展的积极筹谋,可能引起了内部反对,遂有桓帝皇后祁氏发动政变。政变之后,还其旧都,迁至平城。祁氏去世之后,贺傉恐人心不洽,遂远离平城,又迁至桓帝猗?的根据地东木根山地区建都。The location of Dongmugen Mountain is ideal for being a capital.It is far away from Pingcheng and Shengle,west of Zhangjiakou City,near the Hanwula River in the Chahar,and also near a flat-topped mountain in Huangqihai.The mountain that meets the above conditions is Mozi Mountain in the present-day Chahar.The capital should be located in the lower reaches of the Mozishan River,near the location of the Jining Road site in Tucheng Village,Bayantala Township.The establishment of the capital in Dongmugen Mountain was an active plan by Emperor Pingwen,Yu Lyu,to expand and develop the“Pingnan Xia”to the east,which may have caused internal opposition.Therefore,Empress Huan,Qi,launched a coup.After the coup,the old capital was returned and relocated to Pingcheng.After the death of Qi,He Nu was afraid of discord among the people,so he left Pingcheng and moved to the Dongmugen Mountain area,the base of Emperor Huan Yi to establish the capital.
