摘 要:在高粘度流体的挤压输送过程中,常存在容器出料口挤压应力过大的问题,会对实际生产形成安全隐患。针对此问题,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)进行仿真,分析了挤压输送过程中流体域的最大压力值与压板、容器底面、堵头上表面所承受的压力平均值P_(0)、P_(1)、P_(2)、P_(3)在各不同结构参数下的变化情况,探究了出料口的结构参数对于高粘度流体流动特性的影响规律。结果表明,针对高粘度流体的挤压输送出料口设计,增大搅拌容器的出料口的直径与轴向开度,能有效减少出料口压力,大幅改善高粘度流体的挤压输送出料效果。增大到一定程度后,所减小的压力过于缓慢,对出料效果影响较小,无需继续增加。In the extrusion conveying process of high-viscosity fluid,there is often a problem of excessive extrusion stress at the dis⁃charge port of the vessel,which can form a safety hazard for actual production.To address this problem,the maximum pressure in the fluid domain during the extrusion and conveying process was simulated using computational fluid dynamics(CFD),and the changes of the average pressure values P_(0)、P_(1)、P_(2) and P_(3) on the surfaces of the pressure plate,vessel bottom and plug were analyzed under different structural parameters to investigate the influence of the structural parameters of the outlet on the flow characteris⁃tics of high viscosity fluids.The results show that,for the design of extrusion conveying discharge port of high viscosity fluid,in⁃creasing the diameter and axial opening of the discharge port of the mixing vessel can effectively reduce the discharge port pres⁃sure and significantly improve the extrusion conveying discharge effect of high viscosity fluid.After increasing to a certain degree,the reduced pressure is too slow to have a small effect on the discharge effect,and there is no need to continue to increase.
