摘 要:以齿轮啮合接触分析为研究对象,提出了一种既能减振降噪又能使齿面载荷均匀分布的多目标优化设计方法。通过传输误差幅值的对比实验与理论计算,验证了载荷齿面接触分析模型的正确性。在此基础上,给出了齿面载荷分布的计算方法,并进一步提出了齿面载荷均匀分布的判断方法。以扭转方向相对速度最小和齿面载荷均匀分布为优化目标,构造多目标优化函数,得到最优修形参数。在此基础上给出了实例来说明所提出的方法,结果表明优化后沿扭转方向相对速度和左右齿面载荷差得到了大幅降低,验证了优化后的修形效果。Vibration and noise generated during gear transmission and uneven load distribution on the tooth surface seriously af⁃fect the transmission performance of the gear system.Taking gear meshing contact analysis as the research object,a multiobjective optimization design method that can reduce vibration and noise and evenly distribute tooth surface load is proposed.Through the comparative experiment and theoretical calculation of the transmission error amplitude,the correctness of the load tooth surface contact analysis model is verified.On this basis,the calculation method of the tooth surface load distribution is given,and the judgment method of the uniform distribution of the tooth surface load is further proposed.Taking the minimum relative speed in the torsion direction and the uniform distribution of the tooth surface load as the optimization objectives,a multiobjective optimization function is constructed to obtain the optimal modification parameters.On this basis,an example is given to illustrate the proposed method.The results show that the relative speed along the torsion direction and the load difference between the left and right tooth surfaces have been greatly reduced after the optimization,which verifies the effect of the modification after the optimization.
