摘　　要：目的:探究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)病人血红蛋白清道夫受体(CD163)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达与血管内皮功能变化的相关性。方法:选取500例PCOS病人为PCOS组,选取同期体检的健康女性500名为对照组。采用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平;采用全自动生化检测仪检测总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平;采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清中CD163、TNF-α、E选择素(E-selectin)及血管性血友病因子(vWF)表达水平;采用Pearson分析PCOS病人血清CD163、TNF-α水平与E-selectin、vWF的相关性。结果:PCOS组血清TG、LDL-C、FBG、FINS、CD163、TNF-α、E-selectin及vWF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清CD163、TNF-α水平与E-selectin、vWF均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:PCOS病人血清CD163、TNF-α水平均显著升高,与血管内皮损伤有一定关联,可能参与PCOS病人血管内皮功能变化过程。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expressions of CD163 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and the changes of vascular endothelial function.Methods:A total of 500 PCOS patients were selected as the PCOS group,and 500 healthy women with physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of fasting insulin(FINS)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)were measured by automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay.Levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured by automatic biochemical detector.Levels of CD163,TNF-α,E-selectin and Von Willebrand factor(vWF)in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Pearson method was used to analyze the correlations between serum CD163,TNF-αand E-selectin,vWF in patients with PCOS.Results:The levels of TG,LDL-C,FBG,FINS,CD163,TNF-α,E-selectin and vWF in PCOS group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum CD163 and TNF-αlevels were positively correlated with E-selectin and vWF(P<0.01).Conclusions:The levels of CD163 and TNF-αin the serum of PCOS patients are significantly increased,which may be related to the vascular endothelial damage,and be involved in the changes of vascular endothelial function in PCOS patients.
