摘　　要：间充质干细胞来源的外泌体(MSC-Exos)可以从各种组织器官中进行分离,其具有抗纤维化、修复受损心肌、促进血管生成等作用,发挥了对心脏的保护作用;中医药对外泌体具有靶向调控作用,发挥了中医整体理论及中药治疗的优势。文章就MSC-Exos的来源、功能等以及在心力衰竭等心血管疾病中的研究现状进行综述,以期为临床研究提供最前沿的思路和方法。Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes(MSC-Exos)can be isolated from various tissues and organs,which have the effects of anti-fibrosis,repairing damaged myocardium,promoting angiogenesis and so on,and play a protective role in the heart.Traditional Chinese medicine has a targeted regulatory effect on exosomes,which plays an advantage of the overall theory of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.This article reviews the source,function and research status of MSC-Exos in cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure,in order to provide the most advanced ideas and methods for clinical research.
