参苓白术散治疗大肠相关性疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：参苓白术散的源自于《太平惠民和剂局方》,是渗湿止泻、培土生金的典型代表方。其主治脾虚湿盛导致的泄泻、呕吐等疾病。由于其在临床上表现出显著的疗效,因此被广泛用于治疗各种内伤外感杂病。近年来,随着溃疡性结肠炎、腹泻型肠易激综合征、功能性腹泻等大肠相关性疾病的发病率逐年上升,患者的生活质量和身心健康受到了严重影响。虽然有关参苓白术散治疗这些疾病的研究取得了显著成果,但由于缺乏对相关文献的整理,该方的治疗价值未能及时挖掘和利用。文章通过对近年来参苓白术散治疗大肠性相关疾病的理论基础以及临床应用的综述,试图全面了解该方的应用及疗效。近年来的文献梳理显示,参苓白术散在治疗大肠相关性疾病(包括腹泻型肠易激综合征、溃疡性结肠炎、功能性腹泻、克罗恩病、结直肠癌)方面表现出显著的疗效,包括改善临床症状、降低复发率、减少不良反应等优势。通过整理相关文献,对参苓白术散治疗大肠相关性疾病的理论基础以及临床研究进行了综合分析,旨在为进一步提高其在防治大肠性相关疾病的研究提供参考依据。Shenling Baizhu powder(参苓白术散)originates from"Taiping Huimin and Jibu Bu Prescription".It is a typical prescription for dampness and diarrhea,soil cultivation and gold production.It is used to treat diarrhea,vomiting and other diseases caused by spleen deficiency and dampness.Because of its remarkable clinical effect,it is widely used in the treatment of various internal injuries and external diseases.In recent years,with the increasing incidence of ulcerative colitis,diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,functional diarrhea and other colic-related diseases,the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients have been seriously affected.Although Shenlingbaizhu Powder has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of these diseases,its therapeutic value has not been explored and utilized in time due to the lack of collation of relevant literature.Therefore,through the review of the theoretical basis and clinical application of Shenlingbaizhu Powder in the treatment of colic-related diseases in recent years,this article attempts to fully understand the application and curative effect of this prescription.Literature review in recent years shows that Shenlingbaizhu Powder has shown remarkable efficacy in the treatment of colic-related diseases(including diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,ulcerative colitis,functional diarrhea,Crohn's disease,colorectal cancer),including improving clinical symptoms,reducing recurrence rate,reducing adverse reactions and other advantages.By collating relevant literature,this paper comprehensively analyzed the theoretical basis and clinical research of ShenlingBaizhu Powder in the treatment of colic-related diseases,aiming to provide reference for further improving the research on the prevention and treatment of colic-related diseases.
