参苓白术散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床应用进展

摘　　要：肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)是一种常见的消化系统疾病,其中以腹泻型肠易激综合征(Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,IBS-D)最为多见。研究发现参苓白术散治疗IBS-D有独特优势,相较于西药干预,参苓白术散可显著提高患者的临床总有效率,减缓患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,降低复发率,且无明显的不良反应。此外,参苓白术散可能通过降低患者血清中的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血管活性肽(VIP)、P物质(SP)水平,调节患者肠黏膜的MC水平,改变外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的数量及比例等机制发挥临床疗效,可有效治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,安全性高,值得临床推广。Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS)is a common digestive system disease,of which diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,IBS-D)is the most common.The study found that Shenling Baizhu Powder has unique advantages in the treatment of IBS-D.Compared with western medicine intervention,Shenling Baizhu Powder can significantly improve the total clinical effective rate of patients,slow down the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,and have no obvious adverse reactions.In addition,Shenling Baizhu Powder may exert clinical efficacy by reducing the levels of 5-HT,VIP and SP in the serum of patients,regulating the level of MC in the intestinal mucosa of patients,and changing the number and proportion of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets.It can effectively treat diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
