摘　　要：目的探讨坦索罗辛联合排石颗粒对输尿管镜碎石术(URL)患者术后结石排出情况及炎性指标的影响。方法选择2023年3月至2024年3月在南昌大学附属康复医院行URL治疗的患者89例,用随机数字表法分组,对照组、观察组分别为45例、44例。对照组术后予坦索罗辛口服,基于此,观察组加服排石颗粒,对比两组疗效、结石排出情况、炎性指标、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率、结石排净率较对照组高,结石排出时间较对照组短,白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率较对照组略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论坦索罗辛联合排石颗粒用于URL患者术后能提升结石排净率,缩短结石排出时间,减轻炎症反应,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of tamsulosin combined with stone expelling granules on postoperative stone expulsion and inflammatory indicators in patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy(URL).Methods 89 patients who underwent URL treatment at Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,the control group consisted of 45 patients and the observation group consisted of 44 patients.The control group received oral tamsulosin after surgery,and based on this,the observation group received additional stone expelling granules.The efficacy,stone clearance,inflammatory indicators,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and stone clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the stone clearance time was shorter,with statistical differences(P<0.05).TNF-α,hs-CRP,and IL-6 were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of tamsulosin and stone expelling granules can improve the stone clearance rate,shorten the stone clearance time,reduce inflammatory reactions,and have high safety in URL patients after surgery.
