摘　　要：特发性膜性肾病(IMN)常表现为肾病综合征,起病突然且病情反复难以治愈。王暴魁教授认为脾肾亏虚、风邪入肾是IMN的主要病机,强调风邪在本病中的重要性,从肺肾相关角度,将微观辨证与中医藏象理论相结合,阐释其发病、病机及临床特点,以扶正祛风为治则,肺脾肾同治,标本兼顾,临床有较好疗效。现主要从IMN病因病机及治则、扶正祛风方组方分析、临床应用等几个方面探讨王暴魁教授治疗IMN的学术观点及临证经验。Idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)often presents as nephrotic syndrome,with sudden onset and recurrent,difficult-to-treat conditions.Professor WANG Baokui believes that spleen and kidney deficiency,along with wind invasion into the kidneys,are the main pathogenic mechanisms of IMN,emphasizing the importance of wind in this disease.From the perspective of the relationship between the lungs and kidneys,he combines micro-syndrome differentiation with the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of organ manifestation to explain the disease′s onset,pathogenesis,and clinical features.His treatment principle focuses on reinforcing healthy qi and dispelling wind,with simultaneous treatment of the lungs,spleen,and kidneys,addressing both the root and the manifestation.This approach has shown good clinical efficacy.The study mainly explores Professor Wang′s academic viewpoints and clinical experiences in treating IMN,focusing on the disease′s etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles,formula composition for reinforcing healthy qi and dispelling wind,and clinical applications.
