湿式培养箱与桌面干式培养箱对胚胎培养及妊娠结局的影响研究

摘　　要：目的比较湿式培养箱与桌面干式培养箱在胚胎培养中的应用效果,以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年5月至2023年5月于银川市妇幼保健院接受辅助生殖治疗的100对夫妇的临床资料,共计112个治疗周期。根据胚胎培养方式的不同分为干式组(41例)与湿式组(71例)。干式组采用桌面干式培养箱培养,湿式组采用湿式培养箱培养。比较两组的胚胎培养效果、妊娠结局。结果干式组有效胚胎率、优质胚胎率、囊胚形成率及优质囊胚率均高于湿式组(P<0.05)。干式组临床妊娠率、着床率及活产率均高于湿式组(P<0.05)。结论桌面干式培养箱比湿式培养箱在胚胎培养中应用效果更好,可提高胚胎培养效果、改善妊娠结局。Objective Comparison of the efficacy of wet incubators versus desktop dry incubators in embryo culture and the effect on culture and pregnancy outcome.Methods Clinical data of 100 couples who received assisted reproduction treatment in Yinchuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analysed for a total of 112 treatment cycles.The embryos were divided into dry group(41 cases)and wet group(71 cases)according to the method of embryo culture.The dry group was cultured in desktop dry incubators and the wet group was cultured in wet incubators.The effect of embryo culture,pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The effective embryo rate,high-quality embryo rate,blastocyst formation rate and high-quality blastocyst rate were higher in the dry group than in the wet group(P<0.05).Clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate and live birth rate were higher in the dry group than in the wet group(P<0.05).Conclusion Desktop dry incubators are better than wet incubators for use in embryo culture,and desktop dry incubators can enhance embryo culture and improve pregnancy outcomes.
