摘  要:为贯彻国家节能减排政策、提高能源效率、促进兰州市大气污染治理,本文结合国内外多台同类型设备工程配套生产电除尘器的成功案例,以及热电电除尘器的设计、制造经验,提出了针对热电工程电除尘器的节能减排可行方案。该方案在除尘器本体及电气上分别采用了阴极线混合配置技术和高频电源技术,从而在保证设备长期、安全、高效稳定运行的同时,实现节能减排的效果。该方案可为推进电力企业通过清洁生产审核、促进节能减排效率等提供参考。To comply with the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction,improve energy efficiency,and promote the control of air pollution in Lanzhou City,this paper first studied the successful casese of electrostatic precipitator production with similar equipment projects domestically and abroad,including the design and manufacturing experience of the thermoelectric electrostatic precipitator.It then proposed a feasible scheme for the electrostatic precipitator in thermoelectric engineering.To achieve energy saving and emission reduction,cathode line hybrid configuration technology and high-frequency power supply technology were adopted in the dust collector body and electricity.Results show that,besides ensuring the long-term safe,efficient and stable operation of the equipment,it can achieve energy saving and emission reduction,thus providing a reference for promoting the clean production audit of power enterprises and contributing to the efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction,
