摘 要:针对电厂、化工厂及钢厂磨煤机单缸液压翻磨辊工具中的支撑平台体型庞大厚重、通过焊接工艺固定在机座上且无法拆卸等问题,提出一种可拆卸式磨辊翻出支撑平台新方案。基于动力学仿真软件对ZGM磨煤机磨辊翻出过程进行受力分析,捕捉支撑平台的受力最大工况,然后将该工况导入力学仿真软件中,进行静力学分析,最终确定出可拆卸式磨辊翻出支撑平台新方案。根据受力分析和仿真计算结果,验证了新方案的可行性。The large and heavy support platform used in the single-cylinder hydraulic roller maintenance tool of coal mills in power plants,chemical plants,and steel plants is fixed on the bottom housing through welding technology and cannot be disassembled.This paper proposed a detachable overturning support platform for roller maintenance.Using the dynamics simulation software,the force analysis of the ZGM coal mill roll-turning-out process was simulated to acquire the maximum stress condition of the support platform,The working condition was imported into the mechanical simulation software,and statics analysis was conducted to determine a new scheme for the detachable grinding roller maintenance of the support platform,According to the force analysis and simulation calculation results,the feasibility of the scheme has been verified.
