摘  要:某火电厂的锅炉等离子燃烧器在运行期间发生严重烧损,经全面剖析发现,损坏原因为二次风配置不合理、风煤比不当以及冷却风投入不及时等。这些问题不仅缩减了燃烧器的使用寿命,还对整个锅炉系统的稳定与安全带来了风险。为解决上述问题,本文提出了一系列改进措施,实施后成功减少了燃烧器的损坏频率,提升了锅炉系统的运行效能与安全性。改进措施不仅及时解决了存在的问题,还为火电厂锅炉等离子燃烧器的长期平稳运行提供了宝贵的经验与启示。The boiler plasma burner of a thermal power plant seriously burns out during operation.The comprehensive analysis in this study reveals the damage causes include unreasonable secondary air configuration,improper air-coal ratio and delayed cooling air input.These problems not only reduce the service life of the burner but also pose risks to the stability and safety of the whole system.To solve thses problems,a series of improvement measures have been implemented to reduce the frequency of burner failure and improve operating effciency and safety.Results show that the proposed improvement successfully alleviates the existing problems immediately and provides valuable experience and enlightenment for the long-term stable operation of boiler plasma burners in thermal power plants.
