摘  要:在送风系统中,确保适宜的风速对设备正常运行和系统安全至关重要。然而,由于直管段不足,风速传感器的测量准确性常受影响。针对这一问题,本文提出一种基于经验数据的预测模型。即通过多次测量和数据积累,优化调整风速传感器示值系数,以提高测量值的准确性;通过设置风速传感器的上下限继电器功能,合理配置报警阈值,当风速超出设定阈值时可触发报警,以增强系统可靠性。这些解决方案不仅有效减小直管段不足引起的风速测量误差,也为类似情况下的仪表调试提供了新思路和实践指导。In ventilation systems,maintaining the appropriate wind speed is critical for the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of the system,However,due to the lack of straight pipe sections,the accurate measurement of the wind speed sensor is difficult.To solve this problem,a prediction model based on empirical data was proposed in this study.Through multiple measurements and data accumulation,the indication coefficient of the wind speed sensor was adjusted to improve the accuracy.In addition,by setting the upper and lower limits relay functions of the wind speed sensor,the alarm threshold was configured,and the alarm would triggered when the wind speed was exceed the set threshold,enhancing the reliability of the system.These solutions not only effectively reduce the wind speed measurement error caused by the shortage of straight pipe sections but also provide new ideas and guidance for instrument debugging in similar situations.
