不同灌溉处理对葡萄新梢生长与叶片生理特性的影响

摘  要:以1年生‘玫瑰香’葡萄为试验材料,以常规灌溉(CK)为对照,同时采用根系干湿分区灌溉(PRI)和传统调亏灌溉(RDI)对葡萄新梢生长、叶片生理及ABA响应机制进行研究。结果表明,与CK处理相比,RDI和PRI节约33.33%的灌水量,显著抑制了新梢生长,但PRI处理的新梢生长量和叶片含水量均高于RDI处理。处理20 d后,PRI处理的叶片叶绿素含量(SPAD)显著高于CK和RDI处理,PRI处理的光合速率高于RDI,但低于CK。qPCR分析显示,ABA响应基因在PRI和RDI处理的新梢与根系中上调,而PRI处理的新梢ABA合成基因表达与CK无显著差异,表明PRI处理所受水分胁迫可能源于非灌溉区根系。因此,在相同的节水条件下,PRI处理比RDI更有利于葡萄树体的光合积累和新梢生长。Using 1-year-old'Muscat Hamburg'grapes as the experimental material,the study compared conventional irrigation(CK)with partial root-zone drying irrigation(PRI)and regulated deficit irrigation(RDI)on grape shoot growth,leaf physiology and ABA response mechanisms.The results showed that compared to CK,RDI and PRI saved 33.33%of irrigation water and significantly inhibited shoot growth,but the shoot growth and leaf water content in PRI were higher than in RDI.After 20 days,the SPAD values in PRI were significantly higher than in CK and RDI,leading to higher photosynthetic rates in PRI compared to RDI,but lower than CK.qPCR analysis revealed that ABA response genes were upregulated in the shoots and roots under PRI and RDI,while ABA synthesis gene expression in PRI shoots was not significantly different from CK,indicating that water stress in PRI might originate from the non-irrigated part of the root system.Therefore,under the same water-saving conditions,PRI is more beneficial for grapevine photosynthetic accumulation and shoot growth than RDI.
