摘 要:自供电柔性压电纳米发电机因其优异的压电性、良好的柔性和舒适性引起了广泛的关注。通过静电纺丝技术制备了聚丙烯腈(PAN)掺杂三甲基氨硼烷(TMAB)柔性全有机复合纳米纤维膜。系统地研究了纺丝电压和辊筒转速对复合纳米纤维膜压电和铁电性能的影响。结果表明:在纺丝电压为21 kV和辊筒转速为1000 r/min时,PAN/TMAB复合纳米纤维膜的输出性能最佳,输出开路电压和短路电流可达2.60 V和0.59μA。在同样的纺丝条件下,剩余极化强度最大值为0.34μC/cm^(2)。经过6000次敲击循环测试,所制备的PAN/TMAB复合纳米纤维膜输出电压保持稳定。PAN/TMAB复合纳米纤维膜可实时监测手指关节弯曲,行走和跳跃等状态,在可穿戴电子领域有着潜在的应用前景。Self-powered flexible piezoelectric nanogenerators attract extensive attention due to their excellent piezoelectricity,good flexibility and amenity.Flexible all-organic composite nanofiber film of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)doped with trimethylamine borane(TMAB)are prepared via electrospinning technique.The effect of spinning voltage and rotating speed of roller on the piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of composite nanofiber film are systematically studied.The results show that the optimum output performance of PAN/TMAB composite nanofiber film are achieved at a spinning voltage of 21 kV and a roller speed of 1000 r/min,and the output open voltage and short current reach 2.60 V and 0.59μA,respectively.The maximum value of residual polarization strength reaches 0.34μC/cm^(2) under the same spinning conditions.Output voltage of prepared PAN/TMAB composite nanofiber films remain stable during 6000 times pressing-releasing cycles test.The finger joint bending,walking and jumping are monitored by PAN/TMAB composite nanofiber films in real-time,which has potential application in the field of wearable electronics field.
