摘 要:以2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、丙炔酸甲酯为原料,合成了3,3-二(3',5'-二叔丁基-4'-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯。考察了反应时间、温度、催化剂、溶剂、原料配比等对产品收率的影响。结果表明,优化工艺条件为:以碳酸钾为催化剂,甲苯为溶剂,n(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)∶n(丙炔酸甲酯)∶n(甲苯)∶n(碳酸钾)=2∶1.20∶0.97∶0.048,反应温度95℃,反应时间10 h,此条件下产品收率达96.93%。3,3-Bis(3',5'-di-tert-butyl-4'-oxhydrylphenyl)-methyl propionate was synthesized from 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol and methyl propiolate.The effects of the reaction time,temperature,the catalyst,the solvent,and the molar ratio of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol to methyl propiolate to benzene were studied.The results showed that under the optimized reaction conditions,potassium carbonate as a catalyst,methylbenzene as a solvent,n(2,6-di-tert-butylphenol):n(methyl propiolate):n(methylbenzene):n(potassium carbonate)=2:1.20:0.97:0.048,reaction temperature of 95 C and reaction time of 10 hrs.,the yield of product was up to 96.93%.
