摘 要:目的探讨重庆地区健康男性精液常规参数值的分布与《世界卫生组织人类精液检查与处理实验室手册》第5、6版(WHO^(5th)、WHO^(6th))的差异。方法采集2019年1月至2021年5月重庆市人类精子库3341名捐精志愿者的精液样本,按照WHO^(5th)推荐的仪器、设备、方法进行精液常规检查,分析各参数值的分布特征。结果与WHO^(5th)、WHO^(6th)源自性伴侣在停止使用避孕措施后12个月内妊娠的男性精液参数值分布进行比较,该研究对象的精液体积P_(2.5)~P_(97.5)均高于WHO^(5th)、WHO^(6th)标准。精子浓度P_(2.5)~P 50.0高于WHO^(5th)、WHO^(6th)标准,但P 75.0~P_(97.5)低于WHO^(5th)、WHO^(6th)标准。前向运动精子百分率(PR)P_(2.5)~P_(97.5)均低于WHO^(5th)标准,PR P_(2.5)略高于WHO^(6th)标准,P_(5.0)与WHO^(6th)标准一致,P_(10.0)~P_(97.5)低于WHO^(6th)标准。非前向运动精子百分率(NP)除P_(5.0)与WHO^(5th)、WHO^(6th)一致外,其余均低于WHO^(5th)、WHO^(6th)标准。不活动精子百分率(IM)P_(2.5)~P_(97.5)均高于WHO^(5th)、WHO^(6th)标准。结论重庆地区捐精志愿者的精液参数值分布与WHO^(5th)、WHO^(6th)的参数值分布相比具有一定的差异,主要体现在精液体积、精子浓度、PR、NP、IM检测指标上。Objective To explore the differences between the distribution of semen routine parameters of healthy men in Chongqing and the World Health Organization Laboratory Manual of Human Semen Examination and Treatment,5th and 6th editions(WHO^(5th),WHO^(6th)).Methods A total of 3341 semen samples sperm donors from Chongqing Human Sperm Bank from January 2019 to May 2021 were collected,and routine semen examination was performed according to the instruments,equipment and methods recommended by WHO^(5th),and the distribution characteristics of each parameter value were analyzed.Results The semen volume P_(2.5)to P_(97.5)of the subjects in this study were higher than those of WHO^(5th)and WHO^(6th)in 12 months after their sexual partners stopped using contraceptives.The sperm concentration of P_(2.5)to P 50.0 was higher than WHO^(5th)and WHO^(6th)edition standards,but P 75.0 to P_(97.5)was lower than WHO^(5th)and WHO^(6th)edition standards.Forward motility(PR)P_(2.5)to P_(97.5)was lower than the WHO^(5th)edition standard,forward motility(PR)P_(2.5)was slightly higher than the WHO^(6th)edition standard,P_(5.0)was consistent with the WHO^(6th)edition standard,and P_(10.0)to P_(97.5)was lower than the 6th edition standard.Non-progressive motility(NP)was lower than the WHO^(5th)and WHO^(6th)edition standards,except for P_(5.0),which was consistent with the WHO^(5th)and WHO^(6th)edition standards.Inactive spermatozoa(IM)P_(2.5)to P_(97.5)was higher than the WHO^(5th)and WHO^(6th)edition standards.Conclusion Compared with WHO^(5th)and WHO^(6th),there are some differences in the distribution of semen parameters of sperm donors in Chongqing,which are mainly reflected in semen volume,sperm concentration,percentage of PR,percentage of NP and percentage of IM.
