Diabetic ulcer is a common complication of diabetes, which seriously affects the quality of life and prognosis of diabetic patients. It has been found that Wnt/β-catenin pathway can affect the wound healing process of diabetic ulcer by regulating many biological processes such as autophagy, apoptosis, angiogenesis and oxidative stress.Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-pathways,multi-mechanism and multi-targets,which can promote wound healing of diabetic ulcer by regulating Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. In this paper, the mechanism of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in wound healing of diabetic ulcer and the research progress on the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine were systematically summarized. Our aim is to provide a new direction for traditional Chinese medicine to promote diabetic ulcer wound healing.
