摘　　要：采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检查等多种测试手段分析了屏式再热器泄漏的原因。结果表明:弯管固溶处理不合格,材料晶间腐蚀能力下降,晶界贫铬是此次泄漏事故的根本原因,弯管中性面处应力集中程度大,弯管中性面处的机械缺陷进一步加剧了应力集中程度,促进了裂纹的扩展产生,最终导致泄漏事故的发生。The cause of the leakage of the platen reheater by using various testing methods are analyzed,including macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,and metallographic examination.The results show that the unqualified solid solution treatment of the bend resulted in a decrease in the intergranular corrosion ability of the material,and poor chromium at the grain boundary was the fundamental cause of this leakage accident.The stress concentration at the neutral plane of the bend was high,and the mechanical defects at the neutral plane of the bend further intensified the stress concentration,providing favorable conditions for the expansion of the original crack pattern and promoting the formation and propagation of microcracks.
