数字普惠金融对农民收入的影响研究——基于数字基础设施与农户信贷的视角

摘　　要：近些年来,数字普惠金融助力经济腾飞,城乡收入差距逐步缩小。数字技术赋能商业,推动了农业现代化,提升了农民收入水平。选用2011—2021年我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,构建了面板模型,研究了数字普惠金融对农民收入的影响。研究结果表明:数字普惠金融能显著提升农民收入;数字普惠金融凭借互联网、云计算等技术,不断完善数字基础设施、拓展金融服务,间接促进了农民增收;数字普惠金融降低了信贷门槛、增加了信贷供给,使农户可以获得更多信贷资金用于农业生产,间接促进了农民增收;东部、中部、西部地区存在明显的区域差异,东部地区的数字普惠金融发展水平与农民收入水平最高。因此,应充分挖掘数字普惠金融潜力,完善农村信用体系,加大政府政策扶持力度,提升农民金融素养。In recent years,digital inclusive finance has boosted economy takeoff and narrowed the income gap between urban and rural.Digital technology empowers business,promotes the agricultural modernization,and increases the farmers’income.Using the panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021,we construct a panel model to test the impact of digital inclusive finance on farmers’income.The research results indicate that digital inclusive finance can significantly increase farmers’income.Digital inclusive finance improves digital infrastructure and expands financial services by the Internet,cloud computing and other technologies,which indirectly promote farmers’income.Digital inclusive finance has lowered the credit barriers,increased the credit supply,and enabled farmers to obtain more credit funds for agricultural production,which indirectly promote farmers’income.There are significant regional differences in the eastern,central,and western regions.Moreover,the eastern region has the highest development level of digital inclusive finance and farmers’income.Therefore,we should fully explore the potential of digital inclusive finance,improve the rural credit system,increase government policy support,and enhance the farmers’financial literacy.
