摘 要:电动车用阀控式铅酸蓄电池采用充电器制式循环会出现快速的容量衰减。通过测试失效电池的容量,单格镉电位,并对落后单格中极板的物相、AGM隔板中的硫酸溶液密度等分析,研究其失效原因。失效电池都具有相同的特征:正板下部ω(α-PbO_(2))/ω(β-PbO_(2))的比值极小;负板下部活性物质失活;AGM隔板中的硫酸溶液出现明显分层。电池放电期间,极板上不同位置的活性物质参与程度不同。在放电前期,电池的放电量主要由极板下部活性物质提供,但是随着放电进行到中后期,放电量转为主要由极板中、上部提供,甚至在后期极板下部几乎不参与反应。The valve-regulated lead-acid battery for electric vehicle will have rapid capacity decay when it is cycled by charger system.By testing the capacity of the failed battery,the cadmium potential of the cells,and analyzing the phase of the medium plate of the weak cell and the density of sulfuric acid solution in the AGM separator,the failure reasons were studied.The ratio of ω(α-PbO_(2))/ω(β-PbO_(2)) in the lower part of the positive plate is very small.The active materials in the lower part of the negative plate were inactivated.The sulfuric acid solution in the AGM separator appeared to be significantly stratified.During the discharge of the battery,the active materials at different positions on the plate are involved to different degrees.In the early stage of discharge,the discharge of the battery is mainly provided by the active materials in the lower part of the plate,but as the discharge proceeds to the middle and late stage,the discharge is mainly provided by the upper part of the plate,and even the lower part of the plate almost does not participate in the reaction in the late stage.
