摘 要:随着功率孔径积的不断增大,机载预警雷达对系统相位噪声水平的要求越来越高。文中首先分析了数字阵列雷达中影响相位噪声的主要因素,针对系统相噪的短板构建了一种带有分布式锁相环的数字阵列雷达模型。该模型通过独立锁相环在各通道中产生非相关噪声,在波束合成中提升系统整体相噪水平。然后,文中讨论了波束合成中指向角对相位噪声的影响,从主瓣和副瓣两个方面分别考虑了辐射信号的相位噪声变化,为机载预警雷达系统设计提供思路。最后,文中通过仿真实验验证了分布式锁相环架构对系统相位噪声的改善,以及副瓣辐射信号相位噪声的恶化。With the increase of power aperture product,the requirement of airborne early warning radar on system phase noise level is becoming higher and higher.Firstly,the main factors that affect the phase noise in digital array radar are analyzed,and a digital array radar model with distributed phase-locked loop for the short board of system phase noise is constructed in this paper.This model generates uncorrelated noise in each channel through an independent phase-locked loop,which improves the overall phase noise level of the system in beamforming.Then,the impact of the phase-scanning angle on the phase noise in beamforming is discussed in this paper,and the phase noise changes of the radiation signal from the main lobe and side lobe are considered,which provide ideas for the design of the airborne early warning radar system.Finally,simulation experiments verify that the distributed phase-locked loop architecture improves the phase noise of the system,and beamforming worsens the phase noise of the side lobe radiation signal.
