中西医结合疗法治疗急性主观性耳鸣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中西医结合疗法治疗急性主观性耳鸣的疗效。方法 患者82例采取随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各41例。对照组服用甲钴胺、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊及醋酸泼尼松片,同时给予温针灸进行治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上联合经验方进行治疗。观察耳鸣残疾量表(THI)评分分值、耳鸣评价量表(TEQ)评分分值和气导平均听阈水平,对治疗前后的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果 治疗后,对照治疗前,两组THI、TEQ评分有所下降,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组气导平均听阈水平较治疗前均下降,治疗组气导平均听阈水平分值低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.24%,明显高于对照组的70.73%(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合疗法干预急性主观性耳鸣疗效显著。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of acute subjective tinnitus. Methods:82 patients with acute subjective tinnitus were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,each with 41 cases. The control group received mecobalamin,flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and prednisone acetate tablets,along with warm needle moxibustion therapy. The treatment group received additional empirical prescriptions on top of the control group′s treatment. The Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)scores,Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire(TEQ)scores,and average air conduction hearing threshold levels were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,the THI and TEQ scores in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05). After treatment,the average air conduction hearing threshold levels in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05). The overall effective rate in the treatment group was 90.24%,which was higher than 70.73% in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion:The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for acute subjective tinnitus is effective and worth clinical reference.
