辽宁省海水养殖业现状及绿色发展研究

摘　　要：绿色发展是一种高效益、高质量、可持续的发展理念和发展方向,旨在改善环境质量、形成可持续发展的经济结构、降低能源消耗、促进经济社会可持续发展。辽宁作为海水养殖大省,深入推进绿色发展对海水养殖业具有重要意义。通过研究海水养殖业发展现状,结合实际指出了当前存在养殖环境污染、行业发展可持续性下降、养殖生产空间布局有待优化和渔业科技推广力度不足问题,给出了控制污染排放,改善养殖环境;合理规划布局,提高渔业资源利用效率;以设施渔业为重点,改变传统养殖方式;强化科技支撑,促进海水养殖绿色发展的建议,以期为辽宁海水养殖业加快绿色发展提供参考。Green development is a kind of high efficiency,high quality,sustainable development concept and development direction,it aims to improve environmental quality,form a sustainable economic structure,reduce energy consumption,promote sustainable economic and social development.As a major province of mariculture,it is of great significance for Liaoning Province to further promote the green development of mariculture.Based on research on the development status of mariculture industry in Liaoning Province,the problems of aquaculture environment pollution,declining sustainable development of the industry,unreasonable spatial layout of aquaculture production and insufficient promotion of fishery science and technology were pointed out.The pollution emission control and improvement of aquaculture environment were proposed.Suggestions such as rational planning and distribution to improve the utilization efficiency of fishery resources;focusing on facility fisheries and changing the traditional farming methods;strengthening scientific and technological support and promoting the green development of mariculture are made to provide reference for accelerating the green development of mariculture in Liaoning Province.
