摘　　要：猴痘(monkeypox,MPX)是一种由猴痘病毒(monkeypox virus,MPV)感染导致的具有病毒性的人畜共患疾病。多年来一直局限于非洲地区,在世界其他地区只有少量病例。但近些年,猴痘疫情慢慢在其他地区广泛流行。MPV是人类猴痘疾病的病原体,这种疾病的临床表现类似于天花,虽然与天花相比感染MPV的致死率更低一些,但是越来越多确诊病例的相关报道,这引发了民众的各种担忧。该文主要综述MPV的生物学特征、流行病学特征、临床治疗、预防以及结论方面的内容,有助于提高人们对MPV的结构、传播、症状和预防措施方面的认识,也可为进一步研究MPV提供理论基础。Monkeypox(MPX)is a viral zoonotic disease caused by monkeypox virus(MPV)infection.For many years it has been confined to the African region,with only a handful of cases in other parts of the world.But in recent years,monkeypox outbreaks have slowly spread to other regions.MPV is the cause of the human monkeypox disease,which is similar in clinical presentation to smallpox,although the fatality rate of MPV infection is lower than that of smallpox,but more and more confirmed cases are reported,which raises various concerns.This article mainly reviews the biological characteristics,epidemiological characteristics,clinical treatment,prevention and conclusions of MPV,which helps to improve people′s understanding of MPV transmission,symptoms,prevention and protection measures,and also provides a theoretical basis for further research on MPV.
