摘 要:为了解决矿热炉冶炼镍铁过程中炉气排放量大、余热余能利用率低等问题,对一款新型五通道气固混燃燃烧器进行研究,建立了三维气固两相混合燃烧模型,模拟了回转窑内不同燃料配比的燃烧过程,并采用有限速率/涡耗散模型,描述了回转窑内化学反应和煤粉颗粒的燃烧特性,探究了不同配比的煤粉-炉气混合燃烧对火焰特性、焙烧区范围和燃烧产物的影响.结果表明:当气固两相混合燃烧时,窑内速度场呈轴对称分布,火焰呈现出“双峰”状;随着炉气量的增加,煤粉燃烧速率加快,窑内高温区范围增大,焙烧区范围由22.68 m增至29.62 m,回转窑出口处NOx质量浓度由1159 mg/m^(3)降至875 mg/m^(3).To solve the problems of large gas emissions and low utilization rate of waste heat and waste energy in the process of ferronickel smelting in a submerged arc furnace,an innovative five-channel gas-solid co-combustion burner was studied,and a three-dimensional gas-solid two-phase mixed combustion model was established to simulate the combustion process of different fuel proportions in a rotary kiln.The finite-rate/Eddy-dissipation model was used to describe the chemical reactions and the combustion characteristics of pulverized coal particles in rotary kilns,and the influence of different ratios of coal powder and gas mixed combustion on flame characteristics,roasting zone range,and combustion products were explored.The results show that when the gas-solid two-phase mixed combustion occurs,the velocity field in the kiln is axisymmetric and the flame presents a“bimodal”shape.With the increase of furnace gas proportion,the combustion rate of pulverized coal is enhanced,the high-temperature zone in the kiln is increased,and the range of the roasting zone increases from 22.68 m to 29.62 m,and the NOx emission at the outlet of the rotary kiln reduces from 1159 mg/m^(3)to 875 mg/m^(3).
