摘 要:以石墨为基体,采用电沉积法,在摩尔比为45∶35∶5∶15的KF-KCl-K2ZrF6-KBF4熔盐体系中制备了ZrB_(2)涂层;采用差热分析法、连续变化电导池常数法与阿基米德法分别测定了该熔盐体系的初晶温度、电导率和密度,并获得了电导率和密度随温度的变化规律;使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、表面粗糙度测量仪和镀层结合强度测试仪,研究了阴极电流密度(0.2~0.5 A/cm^(2))和熔盐温度(620~720℃)对ZrB_(2)涂层电沉积过程的影响.结果表明:该熔盐体系的初晶温度为600.9℃,电导率和密度随温度的升高分别呈增大及减小趋势;增大电流密度、降低熔盐温度均可细化涂层晶粒,提高涂层致密性;在0.3 A/cm^(2)和670℃的最佳条件下,制备的ZrB_(2)涂层的厚度约为190μm,择优取向为(110),表面粗糙度为5.97μm,涂层与石墨基体的结合强度为4.35 MPa.ZrB_(2)coating layer was prepared by electrodeposition in KF-KCl-K2ZrF6-KBF4 molten salt system(molar ratio is 45∶35∶5∶15)using graphite as the substrate.The liquidus temperature,electrical conductivity and density of the molten salt were determined by differential thermal analysis,continuously varying cell constant technique and Archimedes'method,and the variation law of conductivity and density with temperature was obtained.The effects of cathode current density(0.2~0.5 A/cm^(2))and molten salt temperature(620~720℃)on the electrodeposition process of ZrB_(2)coating were studied using X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,surface roughness measuring instrument,and a coating bonding strength tester.The results show that the liquidus temperature of the molten salt is 600.9℃.The conductivity increases with increasing temperature,while the trend of density is opposite.Increasing the current density and reducing the molten salt temperature can refine the coating grains and improve the density of the coating.Under the optimal conditions of 0.3 A/cm^(2)and 670℃,the thickness of the prepared ZrB_(2)coating is about 190μm,the preferred orientation is(110),the surface roughness is 5.97μm,and the bonding strength between the coating and the graphite substrate is 4.35 MPa.
