摘　　要：基于金水相生理论论述慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的病机特点(肺肾两虚、痰瘀互结),分析国医大师张震教授提出的补益肺肾、化痰祛瘀治法和补肺益肾活血方配伍特点。该方可通过增强肺之宣降、肾之纳摄、脉之通畅,最终达到改善COPD稳定期症状、体征的目的。Based on the theory of mutual generation between metal and water,this paper discusses the pathological characteristics of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the stable phase(lung-kidney deficiency and the binding of phlegm and blood stasis),and further analyzes the therapeutic methods of supplementing the lung and kidney,resolving phlegm and eliminating blood stasis,and the compatibility characteristics of Bufei Yishen Huoxue Prescription proposed by Professor ZHANG Zhen,a national master of Chinese medicine.This prescription can improve the symptoms and signs of COPD in the stable phase by enhancing the lung function of diffusing and governing descent,the kidney function of qi reception,and the smoothness of the vessels.
